We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process designed with style and simplicity in mind.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the exact same condition as when you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
How to Start Your Return
To get the ball rolling, please send an email to 90.zenith.bouquet@icloud.com. In your message, include your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Please note: You must email us to obtain the correct return address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be completed and reflected in your original payment method.
